This season, the Unikum Series once again offers a wealth of musical treasures to the audience of the Liszt Academy. The opening concert features well-known works by Mozart—familiar pieces that nonetheless cast new light on one another when heard together. The second concert presents Beethoven in all his persuasive brilliance, reminding us that life is beautiful and that every struggle holds meaning. In February, we’ll explore the festive music of the Sun King's royal chapel; just before Easter, we’ll prepare for the season with Bach’s timeless St John Passion. And to close the season, we join the vibrant celebration of the Night of the Organs, where two exceptional organ concertos will resonate on the Liszt Academy’s grand instrument.
